Yong joined Bank Information Center as a sustainable energy expert in December 2009, after seven years as a research associate at Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI). At SEI, Yong led and participated in a portfolio of policy research projects on energy and climate issues with a geographic focus on Europe and Asia.

Nadia joined BIC's Information Services Program in November 2008 and after doing some project work with the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) program, she took on a full time staff position with the program in May 2009. Nadia grew up in Oman and moved to Toronto, Canada to pursue her Honors BA in Political Science, Economics, and Music History and Culture at the University of Toronto.

He was a research fellow at the Institutions and Governance Program of the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the Institute for Advance Development Studies (INESAD), a Bolivian think tank, doing research on the Bolivian hydrocarbon policy before and after its nationalization, the sector s fiscal policy and the internal allocation system of the sector s revenues.
